Michael knew at a very young age what he wanted to do in life, which is to entertain and teach. Growing up in a poor and strict family he knew how hard it was to learnperforming arts that are not easy to find or not welcome at home. It was hard for him to pursue his goals and dreams. Singing and dancing, Stomp! , Stepping, Beat-boxing, Drama and Magic are some of the arts he learnt on the go. Even now some of the arts are not considered popular culture. Starting at a very tender age at 5 he started to perform in choirs and perform magic at kid’s parties. Now in his prime he has performed many shows in Singapore, Modelled for magazine and street wears, appeared in the local drama shooting stars and taught many kids and various schools.

Now he is geared up with all the knowledge and experience he needs to teach kids and adults who want to learn these arts and he has put together a team of the finest. This led to the birth of Massive Productions.

Mohd Faizal’s interest started when he was in a C.C.A called A.V.A (Audio Visual Aid) when he was in secondary school. After completed his ‘N’ level, he went to ITE to further his knowledge on technical theatre. He was involved in ITE’s CEMTA (Centre for the music and arts) since 2000 till now as cast & crew and as a chairman & mentor. From there he started to get his interest in theatre. He has also been awarded the ITE Arts Excellent awards. On top of that he also gets involved with The Necessary Stage, Wayang Warehouse and Mediacorp as a freelance. Now he’s doing his diploma in Mechanical Engineering & also in a C.C.A called PSF (Poly Stage Factor).

Alex's experience in event management is remarkable at his age. He started off working with various event companies, making numerous event possible. His determination and innovation has made every event that he was involved truly unforgettable! He is always ready to take up any new challenges and will always 'MAKE IT HAPPEN!'

Being a latch-keyed child, Cheryl had learned to be independent, out spoken and chatty towards people as she gains company while her parents are at work. Finding joy and knowledge through talking to people, Cheryl quickly realised that everyone has their unique receptivity towards different issues of life.

Although Engineering trained, Cheryl had found pleasure and fulfilment in doing Sales and Marketing where she gets to meet different kinds of people in her everyday life. To her, sales is not just a mere transaction but an opportunity to know someone and gain knowledge and friendship. Her experiences had made her realised that anything is possible it's just how you perceive and translate the message that you want to send across.

A passionate and motivating young lady ; achieving in various opportunities she uptakes. She is a valuable asset to Massive Productions as she is a very dedicated individual, who puts in more effort and commitment than what is expected of her. She is currently helping out in Massive Productions as a hair and make-up artist for photo shoots and putting all the commitment to it. She is also a graduate from Cosmoprof Academy, majoring in hair and make-up.
